I so didn't realise that I haven't updated this blog in forever.

That's because I have been busy.

Anyway this won't be a long update either.

So Far So Good

Things are going well.

This morning I was with Kim, Laurence, Reuben and brother Neil.

Like old times again with Laurence and Reuben.

This weekend will be lots of fun too.

I Survived June! Now let's see what's in store in July!

Anyway yes June was such an eventful month for me. Filled with dramas oh yeah. I felt like I was in a roller coaster ride.

But yesterday I went witnessing with this sister in another congregation. I had a good chat with her about certain things and yeah she helped me a great deal.

I can just tell that July will be a better month.

Farewell parties for Jonelle and also movie day/night with Renee.

I will see Lilian again at one of the parties though but Reuben won't be there haha.

More stories to come when/if I can be bothered.

This is like my second post of the year and it is like halfway through the year.

Updated At Last

I didn't realise just how neglected and abandoned this blog is.

I am so busy with pioneering as well as all the dramas I've faced with these last six months.

Twenty Ten been such an eventful year for me. A roller coaster kind of year. Mostly on the down side of things but things are on the mend.

One of my best friends is leaving to go to Bethel though. So I am sad about it. I know she is really happy and excited about starting a new life in Bethel but I am sad because she has been such an awesome pioneer partner for me the last eight months.

Also I had a few disagreements and misunderstandings with another one of my pioneer partners. He is a young and single brother and he talked about "proper boundaries" between us. What's that supposed to mean? Most of the time we were put to work together not because we pre arranged it. But we sorted things out now and we are back to being mates again. With my female pioneer partner leaving I am sure to need this one just a little bit more. I just hope he will soon understand why I depend on him just that little bit more.

I need more sisters as pioneer partners. Most of mine has been young single brothers and while I get along with them a lot I felt like there's those "proper boundaries" I need to meet. And that makes it very weird and slightly awkward. True he said that it wasn't awkward at all but trust me it was. But what would he know. He seemed to make his own little rules all the time regarding our friendship. He will be all nice to me and super friendly and then when I make an attempt to be nice back, I get the "proper boundaries" talk. I can't seem to win but hey we sorted things out because I told him exactly how I feel and yeah it seemed to be working.

Anyway that's pretty much the last couple of dramas for the month of June.

I look forward to having a better second half of Twenty Ten.

Those Days

I miss spending time with you on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Indeed those days are gone.

Blah

I had a pretty bad Saturday.
It was a hot day but that wasn't the reason why it turned out to be a bad Saturday.
It was the first Saturday of the month which meant that apartment witnessing is on so yes I decided to go to that.
I went witnessing in the morning and in the afternoon and at 3 pm I turned up at the hall to meet up for apartment witnessing. I arranged to work with Tess so she turned up also our friend Karen. A few more people turned up also this girl I have never seen before. Anyway she seemed nice because she smiled at us so I asked her for her name and which congregation she is in blah blah blah I was actually the only one who made an effort to talk to her. Anyway she arranged to work with my friend Reuben.

So me and Tess did our bit and then we met up with Reuben and Lilian (the girl I never met before then) and so we sat on a park bench and I got talking to Lilian some more. I asked her questions. Apparently she is a regular pioneer and she knows a lot of brothers like Joel, Ryan and Laurence (and obviously Reuben since she arranged to work with him). It turned out that she used to be in the same congregation as my friend so I told her that I know this friend and her family and also this other brother who is now serving in Bethel. Anyway I told her that we should go witnessing together one day and she gave me the dirtiest look (I never knew why).

Anyway after apartment witnessing we head to the cafe. Me, Tess and Karen came a little bit late. Lilian is already sitting next to Laurence and Taryn. Reuben was with the Korean brother Songtaek. So I sat opposite Reuben and Karen sat next to me and yeah so basically I talked mostly with Reuben, Songtaek, Karen and Tess and Lilian talked mostly with Laurence and Taryn. Anyway when I was in a conversation with Reuben (about Watchtower study and Bible Highlights) Lilian looked at us and gave me this big smile and talked to the others which I could tell was about me. Anyway after we left the cafe she walked to Reuben and was all over him and they walked to the car park together. Taryn took me home and then I asked her if she knew why Lilian gave me this big smile and what she said about me. Well apparently Lilian said that I was flirting with Reuben! That made me so mad because I talked to him one on one for about five minutes the rest of the time we were in a group conversation and she was with him for two hours and the walk back to the car park.

Anyway I texted Reuben and told him that apparently I was flirting with him and he told me that I was just being normal. Anyway he was nice about it and we ended up texting each other for a bit. I mean me and Reuben are good friends we used to go out witnessing together a lot before he got a job in Perth. So I felt comfortable with him and I could tell him stuff without feeling awkward.

On Sunday night we ended up playing Pictionary. Lilian wasn't there of course it is not like we are good friends with her. But Reuben, Tess, Karen and Songtaek was there and we had fun. We also played Psychiatrist and Reuben was the Psychiatrist and that was a lot of fun and yes I was just about to forget about what happened with Lilian.

On Monday (yesterday) I got a message from my friend who used to be in the same congregation as Lilian. Basically she told me bad things about Lilian. My friend warned me not to get close with Lilian. Mind you not that I want to be close with Lilian anyway so I talked to my friend on the phone for a bit apparently Lilian has many issues with many people.

Lilian has been a pioneer for like 6 years and I have only been a pioneer for a month and a bit and yeah what a fine example she set for the new pioneer...NOT!

My First Month

My first month as a regular pioneer is going great. True, I've faced a few challenges here and there but as a whole it has been a great month.

I have so many great friends and lots of pioneer partners.

I have so many things to tell you but I just don't have the time to post all my stories.

Do I have a lot to tell or what?

Seriously.

Ok back in June I attended the Long Beach International Convention. That was awesome. Before that went on an 11 day pre convention tour which was awesome as well. After the convention went to Disneyland for a few days including a day with my gorgeous twin friends Jamie and Jessica. They are awesome.

I am going to regular pioneer next month.

Europe Trip Report

I promised to write about Venice, Stockholm, Gothenburg report months and months ago...yes I wrote about the first part of my Europe Trip...meant to write about the other cities...sorry you guys...so here goes...

Venice

Love this city. You know I chose this city because everyone love this city...it's a romantic city blah blah blah...one bad thing about Venice is the pizza...basically I choose American Pizza over Italian Pizza any day.

Stockholm

Pretty city. Stayed with Hanna and Boogie. Nice girls.

Gothenburg

Beautiful city. Hang out with Petra and Magnus mostly...got many Pippi and Bullerbyn postcards...you know those Astrid Lindgren novel based stuff...sweet...

I know it's short report...but am sooo sleepy...

Update At Last

Ok relax you guys...am still alive and kicking.

I am just not into this whole blogging thing much anymore.

Besides am kinda busy at the moment with aux pio...as well as other things.

Oh I got a new phone...I got the Blackberry Bold...peer pressure I tell you...I so wanted a simple phone but somehow in the end I got the Blackberry Bold like everyone else...the whole simple phone idea thrown out the window just like that...oh well I love my phone...

Actually I have tons of things to share with you all but yeah will have to do that another day...another month even...yes I know I have been pretty bad at this whole updating thing...

Going to a friend's wedding next week and then a Special Assembly Day the next day...should be good...look forward to both events...no doubt.

My friends got me addicted to this game on Facebook called Pet Society...I even kind of neglected my fluff friend Bones for Hannah my pet on Pet Society...but I have decided I love them both equally...

West Coast Eagles lost yesterday...we had a lose win lose win lose record right now....which means we should win next week at home.

Hmmm that's about all...I look forward to International Convention in June...

Last night, Rafa won Aussie Open Tennis. I was so happy. He is such a fine player to watch!!

Update

Oh wow I didn't realise how neglected and abandoned this blog is.
I do have a lot to tell you all actually.
Of course you all have to be patient because I don't even know where to start.
Well 2009 is here.
Going to Jakarta from the 8th of February until the 1st of March. Then in June am going to USA and Canada and will attend the Long Beach International Convention. Will visit Bethel in USA and Canada before the International Convention and will go to Disneyland after and meet up with my friends Jamie and Jessie. Oh Nadine will be there with me as well. I can't wait.
In September I will be in Sydney to attend a friend's wedding. It will be a lot of fun. No doubt about it.
I miss London a lot. No doubt about it. I really want to go back there.

Whoopsies

I promised you pictures, and I haven't yet kept my promise. Will do it now (if I am not distracted). I have other stories too. Will do it later.

My Trip

I am gonna tell you about my favourite moments first and then least favourite then funny moments. So it's not in order or anything.

Paris (Disneyland, Versailles and up close and personal with Eiffel Tower)
You know the last couple of years I have this obsession - I want to go to Paris and yeah finally I made it there. I was so excited. Like a six year old girl getting a Barbie doll as a present from grandma lol. Anyway yeah we stayed at a Disney Hotel. I got to meet some of the Disney Characters (I feel like a little girl again). Lilo is a sweetie and Chip and Dale are so cute!! We had lunch with the Princesses and also Snow White's prince but my favourite Disney moment is having my photo taken with my childhood sweetie Pinocchio lol. I used to watch Pinocchio over and over again when I was like five years old. No joke. Next is Versailles. We (myself, Nadine and Akina) lined up to get to the estate for hours. We finally got inside and wondered around. It's exciting but I wanted to see the gardens and finally when we did it rained and our umbrella broke. Managed to get a few photos but yeah the weather sucked big time. Then we went to the shops to get some Eiffel Tower souvenirs. Then we had lunch at McDonald's I know how sad lol. Anyway then we caught the train and then we found Eiffel Tower aaahhh it's huge lol then we found a good spot to take photos with Eiffel Tower in the background.

London (Bethel, Pub and Big Ben)
I know everyone said British Museum is the place to go but somehow we didn't end up going there. Can't remember the reason either. But I got to visit Bethel it's the next best thing right even though I personally put Bethel before British Museum anyway yeah good thing a friend's boyfriend is a Bethelite so he organised a tour for us and yeah the tour was fun we mostly watch DVDs and walk up and down the stairs lol. Had a group photo and got some literatures and stuff then we walked from the IBSA House to Watchtower House for tea with the brothers and sisters at Bethel. Met some nice Bethelites there. Fabian, Mark, Dale and some others I can't remember right now. I talked to Dale mostly cos he sat in front of me and he is talkative and very friendly.
Then Dale, Nadine and myself walked upstairs and had coffee/hot chocolate then we just talked for ages then Samantha and Kieran came and then we played pool well they did as you know I don't know how to play pool I got bored watching them play so I went downstairs and had a long chat with Mark and I ended up talking to Mark for ages then Nadine found us and she joined us then yeah we went home. A couple of days later Samantha told us that Dale wanted to see us again so we decided to meet up at a pub near Bethel. I think it's called Witherspoons or something like that. That was nice and yeah Dale and I stayed in touch. Next memorable moment is seeing Big Ben. I love Big Ben almost as much as Eiffel Tower.

Barcelona
Ok this is my least favourite moment of the whole trip. Basically someone stole my cousin Nadine's cameras etc and the Hotel we stayed at was horrible thankfully though we stayed there one night because then we stayed at a sister's place. I wanted to go to Barcelona because I thought it's gonna be a nice and pretty city. But the whole mugged and yucky hotel thing ruined it for me.

Salzburg (Sound of Music tour)
This tour is funny. First Sound of Music tour we went to was horrible. The tour guide's a sleeze and he doesn't know what he's talking about. It's meant to be Sound of Music tour but he went on and on about a naked Statue and Mozart and food. His jokes annoyed me and our friend Felicity while Nadine is patient with him and just laughed at me and Felicity complaining thankfully we found another tour to go on with yup we ran away from our other tour oh the funny look he gave us was priceless I can't even mention it on here but Nadine know what I am talking about. Anyway the second tour was brilliant it's the real Sound of Music tour. The tour guide know what he is talking about and he's nice and pleasant to be around with. Felicity liked him :) and we took photos.

Well there's Venice, Stockholm and Gothenburg as well that I will write about later.

An Update At Last

Sorry I didn't realise how bad I have been at updating this blog. Thank you Roland my friend for reminding me of this blog I neglect the past month or so! You have been so kind by leaving me comments while I totally forget about this blog yeah yeah I am going around in circles here basically yeah I have been a bad girl now let's move on and yeah carry on with the update.

Well I am going to California next year for the International Convention I have been accepted as a delegate. Woo hoo me so excited. I am also auxiliary pioneering this month.

Oh yeah photos of Europe trip I know you all want to see it so bad. Add me on Facebook then hehe then again I only have one photo up whoops. I know I know I promise people I will add more and I never do you see I don't have Photoshop and to resize a photo takes forever. Imagine 20 or more photos yup will take me hours. True I spent hours petting on (fluff) friends. Yup a Facebook application I am obsessed with. Also I am addicted to another application called Petrol Head my cousins got me addicted to that.

Umm you know what I will try to add a few of my Europe photos on here soon. And maybe tell you a bit about it and stuff so you know a bit about my trip to be honest I can't even remember it now lol it's like six months ago now.

I have other stories too from after my Europe trip. I met this lovely girl named Fabienne. She has gone back to Switzerland though but we did heaps together while she was here and we had tons of photos together I even managed to give her a scrapbook as her farewell present. I also met this girl Teresa from Sweden she is now in Sydney though funny thing was when I was in Sweden I stayed with her sister also her two friends Hannah and Boogie. Nice girls. Then I met Teresa here in Perth.

Distracted

I know that I have been bad at updating my blog. The thing is I have been distracted. So many things happened since I came back from Europe. Some positives and some negatives don't worry I won't bore you with the details.

Last month my sister, my nieces and my brother in law visited us from Batam so it was so nice to see them again. My nieces are gorgeous. Divina is four years old and Jenna is one. Also my sister, my brother in law and I saw Miss Saigon at Burswood Theatre. It was brilliant!

This month I am auxiliary pioneering and so far I am loving it.

I know I promised to post photos from my Europe Trip but I won't do that today but will do so as soon as possible.

There's a zillion more things to tell but I won't do so now oh wait.

My beloved West Coast Eagles not doing so well so far this season. Our team is full of rookies and can only improve from here.

A year of milestones.

Europe Trip

I am back in Perth now but I can tell you that I had a great time in Europe. My favourite cities are Paris and London!

Will post pictures as soon as I can. When I can be bothered.
