Went out to dinner last night with some friends. Met some new people too.

Am worried about the Eagles. They haven't been playing as well as they did at the beginning of the season. And this weekend they are facing ladder leaders Adelaide. Eagles with injuries too. What else could possibly go wrong?

Hi

On Sunday after the Convention (well I went home first to get changed), I had dinner with my friends. We went to Chutney Mary's at Subiaco. Anyway after that we went to Dome for Coffee.

Oh before that we had a group photo. The boys next to me are twins in Northbeach Congregation.

Friday

The morning session I sat all alone because I made it just in time lol so didn't have time to find people to sit with. But at lunch time I got friends to hang out with. On the afternoon session, I sat with Ayumi.



Saturday

I sat next to Reyka on Saturday. Kirsty got baptised. The Indonesian group all gathered together to congratulate her and her family. Then I walked around with Reyka, Emma, Maya and Matthew. They got coffee from Dome. Then I saw Caris, Jade, Nicole and Sarah so I said hi to them then went back to my seat then the afternoon session started.

Sunday

I sat with Howard and Mara during the morning session. At the start instead of putting the music for To Whom Do We Belong? song they put music for Joyful All Day Long song which was the opening song. The drama was great and as usual I know some people in Drama like Michael, Nick, Steve, Laura, Kelvyn and Julie. At lunch time I walked around with Jee, Taki, Yohei, Ayumi and Jake. I sat with Ayumi and Jee in the afternoon.

World Cup 2006

While so many Italian fans celebrated Azzurri's victory, I was left feeling numb. The thought that it could have been the Socceroos there holding that cup. We were defeated because of the Ref (Azzurri's 12th man) in the quarter final. Anyway this whole post is about Azzurri's victory over France in the final. Will get to that part eventually. Whilst Azzurri played well against Ukraine and Germany. They didn't play that well against France. For it to be decided by the penalty shootouts. It was sad. So so sad. Azzurri didn't deserve the World Cup trophy but what they deserved was an Oscar. All the Refs they fooled. So many of my so called friends said "Forza Italia". They were Australians who has Italian heritage (so what you're in Australia now). They said they couldn't decide who to go for but then decided to go for Italy because they had more chance. More chance in what? Fooling the Refs. The joke is their 1990 World Cup song - "To Be Number One" promoted fair play. Yet they fooled the Ref (you call that fair eh). I felt for Germany the most. They played well from the start, they had one bad game against Italy then it's all over. Yes they managed to finish third. But they earned it. At the end of this World Cup, I have made up my mind. Soccer isn't the game for me. In most other sports, the best team/player wins, in Soccer when it all depends on the Penalty Shootouts, it's based on luck. That I can't just accept. This entry is my way of closure. To say goodbye to World Cup 2006 and what could have been.

Sydney would be J-Lo - Quality all over, but especially good down back.

West Coast would be Kylie Minogue - very decent despite not having much up
front.

Fremantle would be Danii Minogue - Always trying hard to be as good as her
big sister, but will never measure up. The butt of everyone's jokes.

St Kilda would be Krystal from Big Brother - has the biggest and best
assets going around, but we all know they're not the real deal.

Brisbane would be Elle MacPherson - past her glorious best but still easy
on the eye and an old favourite with most.

every move. Has lost credibility in recent times.

The Kangaroos would be Paris Hilton - lays down way too easily.

Richmond would be Annabel Chong - can cop a pounding and keep coming back
for more, all in the name of self-improvement.

Western Bulldogs would be Shakira - proof that being short is no barrier
to getting you excited. Will only get better too.

Hawthorn would be Christina Aguilera - looks like she enjoys it rough and
dirty.

Melbourne would be Princess Di - may be a blue blood, but hasn't done
anything for a while.

Collingwood would be Amelie Mauresmo - last woman on Earth scenario: you

Mourning

I am cut. I am upset. Port Adelaide defeated WCE. Our second loss this season a week before the break. Ok let's face it we can't play well without Judd. The last three games have been shocking the difference is the first couple of times we got lucky & got over the line. Not this time. We need Judd. We truly need Judd. He will be back after the break but look at WCE. Second on the ladder on percentage. Because Adelaide (not Port Adelaide) been thrashing everyone by 100 points. Whereas WCE had lucky wins. Bah. We need Judd. We truly need Judd.

Let's see I have been bad at updating my blog. Why? Because there's hardly anything going on at the moment. I don't really hang out with anyone anymore. Everyone pretty much moved on. At times I feel sad & lonely. I do have beautiful friends. I'd be lying if I say I have no friends because I have such beautiful friends but I don't really do much with anyone these days. I'll be ok. I don't want to sound depressed or blue or anything like that that's why I don't post much. I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me. Because I will be ok.

West Coast has staged its second remarkable comeback in a row, kicking eight goals to two in the final quarter to record a thrilling 11-point victory against a valiant Carlton at Subiaco Oval on Sunday.

Last week, the Eagles snatched victory from the jaws of defeat when they overran Geelong at Skilled Stadium after falling nine goals behind midway through the third term.

This week, the comeback was from 44 points down nine minutes into the third term, as the Eagles displayed the same grit from the Skilled Stadium clash to record an amazing 16.15 (111) to 15.11 (101) win.

Adam Hunter was the hero for the Eagles, kicking three of his four goals in the pulsating final term, while Michael Embley also lifted and kicked the final two goals of the match to secure the win.


Ben Cousins, Chad Fletcher, Rowan Jones and David Wirrpanda all lifted in the second half, with Quinten Lynch finishing with three important goals.

In what was billed as a David and Goliath battle, Carlton defied the odds for much of the game, and if it was any other side they were playing, would have certainly returned home with the four points.

Brendan Fevola was magnificent up forward with six goals, while youngster Marc Murphy, Nick Stevens, and Heath Scotland were prominent all afternoon.

Lance Whitnall continued his career-best form with a stellar performance in defence, while Eddie Betts was a livewire up forward with three goals.

The Eagles have now won five games on the trot since a narrow loss to Fremantle in round six, while in contrast, Carlton has lost its past four matches and can look forward to some early picks in this year's national draft with just two wins to its name.

West Coast entered the match as the shortest-priced favourites in modern AFL betting history, with odds of $1.04 to win the match with TAB Sportsbet, and Brent Staker got them off to the perfect start with a goal after just 80 seconds.

But for the remainder of the term it became the Fevola show, as the Blues' spearhead slammed home four goals for the quarter opposed to Darren Glass.

Simon Wiggins also chipped in with two, as the visitors opened up a surprising, but well-deserved 17-point lead at quarter time.

The margin was reduced back to seven points early in the second quarter after goals to Lynch and Ashley Hansen, but the Blues settled, with Betts posting consecutive goals.

Fevola's influence was quelled by Glass for most of the second quarter, but he managed to find space in the final few seconds, snapping a magnificent goal right on the half time siren - his fifth - to stretch the lead to 26 points at the main break.

The Blues were simply more effective when they had the ball in the first half, highlighted by the fact that West Coast had 13 more possessions, yet six less scoring shots.

If the Eagles weren't hitting the panic button at half time, they certainly were early in the third term, as the Blues kicked three unanswered goals as the lead ballooned out to 44 points at the nine-minute mark.

Lynch broke the trend with his third goal four minutes later, and when Mark Nicoski goaled on the run at the 23-minute mark, the momentum was beginning to shift the Eagles way.

It was left to Fevola to step up once again, and the 25-year old didn't disappoint, slotting through his sixth to extend the lead back out to 34 points with five minutes remaining in the quarter.

However, the home side continued to push, and with Carlton flooding back to protect its lead the Eagles feared midfield began to kick into action.

Hunter reaped the benefits when he drifted forward, threading through a goal deep inside the left full-forward pocket to reduce the margin to 29 points heading into the final change.

The Eagles' forward then kicked the first goal of the final term to ignite the 40,090 crowd and bring West Coast back to within 23 points, but Scotland kicked truly at the five-minute mark to restore the lead.

With the margin 28 points at the 13-minute mark, the Eagles needed something special and it was Hunter who once again delivered, slamming home consecutive goals to lift his side.

The tempo had lifted, and the Eagles began to run all over Carlton as the Blues' tired legs became apparent.

Daniel Chick somehow managed to get boot to ball as he was slung to kick an important goal, and when Cousins streamed into an open goal and kicked truly, the margin was just two points with less than four minutes remaining.

Stand-in captain Embley brought his team home, kicking two goals in as many minutes to give the Eagles the lead, and a few seconds later the win, as the final siren sounded to the jubilation of the West Coast players.

An in-form Port Adelaide side awaits the Eagles at AAMI Stadium next week in what will be an interesting match, while Carlton has a bye before returning to Telstra Dome to tackle fellow strugglers the Kangaroos.

A Thriller

We were nine goals behind & I thought we're not gonna win this but guess what we ended up winning by 3 points I was screaming so loud saying "we won" over & over. Elle made the difference I think because she was at the game. Go Elle!!

I was doing a bit of scrapbooking earlier. I love doing scrapbooking. I just need to print more pictures now. I got lots of pictures on my digital camera.

My friends asked me to go to the movies on Sunday but I want to watch footy. So I have to find a valid excuse to get out of it. Is footy a valid excuse? LOL.

Just saw The Man Who Cried on DVD. What a depressing movie. Had a happy ending and all that but the soundtrack was so full on depressing. But Johnny Depp looked hot as usual. Hee hee.

WCE won against Collingwood. I am so happy!! We won. I was a tad upset with Ashley who is a Collingwood supporter. But his wife Caca is my friend & she was like I love you & acted all nice so I don't get annoyed anymore. LOL. Caca saves the day.

It's Friday night & I should be doing stuff with my friends. Instead I am at home chatting online feeling sorry for myself. I want to go out so bad but everyone is either away or doing something else. I miss Desy, Elima & Nadine so much. A few weeks ago they were here. Now they are far away. I hate far away places. I wish things could go back to the way they were.

WCE lost to Fremantle Dockers by five lousy points. Oh well at least Fremantle is from WA too!! Still we were undefeated before this match. Oh well we will bounce back next week against Collingwood.

I am just really excited about it.

The Western Derby is this weekend. It should be exciting. It certainly will divide the state. The Eagles should win!! I hope they do!! I will be so cut if Dockers win. Dan will brag about it if they do I'm sure since he is a Dockers supporter.

Well anyway I am still pretty excited about going to the game with Sadie. I used to like Melbourne I once had my picture taken with a player from Melbourne but it was ten years ago & he had retired since then.

Some of you probably wondering about the stalker story. Here it is.

Ada seorang sdr di sidang lain yg pernah ikut bookstudy di Indo grup dia waktu itu satu sidang sama seorang sdri kita. Waktu itu aku masih kuliah di kota nah aku pernah ketemu sdr ini yg lagi ngabar. Waktu itu aku gak sempet ngobrol sama dia karena lagi buru2x ya namanya juga mau ke kampus ya pasti lah gak sempet buat ngobrol ya paling just wave hello aja anyway one day aku dapat comment dari dia di blog aku ya dia bilang who he is and aku nanya if he's the one who I met in the city. Trus dia kept messaging me gitu pokoknya bilang kalo dia want to get to know me gitu trus dia email aku juga yg aku gak pernah bales. Trus lucu nya pas dia comment the first time dia use the word stumbled accross my blog gitu as if it's accidental. Hello mana mungkin sih. Anyway aku terus ceritain about this brother to the sister who was in the same hall as him. Anyway one day she told me to be careful. Basically he is a stalker gitu. He had done something in the past to her and others that are a bit sick and just plain wrong. Anyway that sister ended up moving to another hall btw that sister is married and her husband was good friends with this stalker trus her husband pernah bilang ke stalker he better not do anything to me or any other sisters or he's not his brother (in the faith) anymore. Also something happened and that sister had to move congregation for the sake of her safety trus anyway gak lama kemudian tuh sdr wrote on my tag board pretending to be that sister and said she hates me blah blah and I knew it wasn't really her but the stalker. I told her about it and she said she would never do such things to me or anyone. I believe her she is a loving pioneer who was a special pioneer not long ago. Anyway comment nya tuh stalker masih ada kok di tag board ku karena aku gak mau hapus. In case one day I need the proof. That's why I had to delete my old blog and make a new one. Pokoknya it was indeed a freaky experience.

Desy

I miss Desy! I wish she is still here. It was nice to spend some time with her last week. We went to the beach. We had fish and chips then we had ice cream then we went for a walk also with her sister, Evy. We saw this cute toddler named Andre we didn't know he's Indonesian. Until Evy jokingly asked "Namanya siapa?" to the kid and he responded "Andre". We all laughed because we talked about him earlier in Indonesian about how cute and adorable and that he is probably Japanese or Chinese not realising that he could be Indonesian. It was funny anyway. Then we went back to my place and Evy wrote on my fab friend file while Desy played "Congklak" with my nan.

Let's see WCE is still undefeated so far. Nadine's gone to Europe already. On Saturday we had a last get together with her which was fun. Oh we got our tickets. So yeah I am going to Melbourne in August with two of my Perth besties. Reyci might join us as well. Don't know who else. I want to get new furnitures in my room. I am starting to really hate it. Partly because it's small and messy. I need to go to Ikea to get something pretty ^^.

Me and my friends are thinking of going to Melbourne in August. I am getting excited just thinking about it. We gonna shop till we drop hehe. We gonna stay at this nice hotel near the shopping centre so we can stay there all day every day while we are there. Melbourne, here we come!

Letter

I got a letter from Elima today. Her letter cheered me up. She sent me some neoprints of her and her friends in Geelong. I miss Elima so much. I know she will be back for a week during Easter holidays. But it's not the same. I wish I never took her for granted. I should spend more time with the friends I do have here right now. Anyone could move away at any time.

Yesterday I went shopping with Emma. Got new stuff. For once, I got more than Emma.
I was surprised Jennifer got voted off on Dancing With The Stars. After all she was the 2004 Miss Universe. True Toby is my favourite but I love Jen as well. I was so devo.

WCE won on Friday night. I know it from Elima who SMSd me. LOL. Saturday was good. I placed a magazine in field service. Then we had a picnic. Congo picnic with the CO as well. Today after the meeting I went to Reyka's place before that we had lunch at McD. Then I hang out with Reyka at her home then Emma came to pick us up so we had dinner at Kim Chee house then we had Bubble Tea from Utopia.

Now I know why I am really bad at updating my blog. I miss my old one. The one I had to delete because of "you know what". I really miss my old blog. I wish I didn't have to delete it.

Lonely

I feel so alone right now. I just want to go for a walk and enjoy my life. I so need someone to talk to right now. Why is everyone so far away from me? I wish my best friends are here. I miss Desy. I miss Rachel. I miss Lydia. I miss Elima.

Missing

Wouldn't it be nice. To walk by the ocean. Collecting shells. To sit by the rocks looking at children chasing each other in the water. That used to be me and my childhood best friend. We also used to jump up and down following the waves as they approached us. We played in the sand. We kept saying to our parents "ten more minutes" so that we could play a little longer. So happy and content with the world because we were young and free. Even though I am not a child anymore I still feel relaxed at the beach. The sound of the waves and the sight of sunset. It's beautiful and right now I want to be there.

We had our Special Assembly Day today. The theme was "Keep Your Eye Simple".
It was so good. I love days like this...so refreshing.

For a moment, it rained. The sky is clear now. I was about to get excited! I really want to watch a good movie right now. I am so bored! Oh wait but tomorrow we will have our Special Assembly Day. How awesome! I can't wait!

Gramedia

There is one store I miss so much - Gramedia. While I was in Jakarta, I spent many hours in Gramedia. Looking for novels to read. The book stores in Perth aren't as good. They have sci-fi books and fantasy books but hardly any chick lit novels. Gramedia how I miss thee.

Blah

This feeling is called "Blah". That's right "Blah". You know when you just don't care anymore. You have enough. No, wait, I have enough. I am thinking. I really want to go to Melbourne right now. Been watching the Commonwealth Games. Suddenly I miss Melbourne. All my friends there also. I just miss that city so much. Also Sydney. I know I hated Sydney last year after the whole Grand Final thing but it's a new year, new beginning. Time to leave the past behind.

I so needed a new diary to write down my service hours etc. So yeah it was good to finally see a diary I like except it's small but then again I wanted them small lol except it was hard to write on hehe I guess we can't have it all *sigh*.

Weekend In Sight

Wow it's Friday already! Tonight I am going out with the girls. Fun? I guess so. Weekend in sight once again too. Not sure what I am doing this weekend though. I hope something incredibly fun.

I worked on one of my scrapbooking projects last night it was fun. It didn't take long to do at all well not finished yet or anything but I did a lot in a few hours. I can't start on my second project yet because I still need to print the photos and all that stuff but yeah will get there someday. Maybe I can use it as an anniversary present LOL.

Sleep?

Bedtime but I can't sleep. So much on my mind. Little things. Worries and such *sigh* this thing called life. I have so many questions. I have so many concerns.
Life is so complicated. Well don't get me wrong it didn't take me 27 years to figure that out or anything. Just that it gets harder everytime.

Scrapbooking

Went to Freo today. Got some scrapbooking materials. Working on three different projects but I might cut it to two since doing one take ages to do anyway. So yeah will have to compile all the photos together. I love scrapbooking. I have so many ideas in my head already.

*Yawn* I should be in bed sleeping but earlier I had a Deep and Meaningful with a friend. It was what we both needed. Sometimes it's good to "curhat".

I am very tired now but. I need some rest.

Movie Club

I should be at Nick's watching a movie with my Movie Club but somehow I can't be bothered. After the incident last week, I don't think I want to be there again. Not for a while. Don't get me wrong, they are nice people. But I feel like I don't really fit in there that much. My cousins have reasons to be there. I don't. I don't feel "right at home" with those people. I mean I do like them a lot especially Jee. She is really sweet and Ayumi too but somehow I don't feel I am "tomboyish" enough to be there. After all the Movie Club is made up of boys, tomboys and girls who are interested in one of the boys there and I am not either one of those.

I searched and searched for something I like and I finally got one I was looking for.

Sad

I feel somewhat sad.
Maybe I am missing someone.

Karaoke

Last night I went to a Karaoke place with Nadine, Jessele, Ayumi, Jamie, Matt, Maya, Emma and Kenneth except Kenneth left earlier.

Me and Maya did our song - Stay The Same (Joey McIntyre song). We also did Lucky and On Bended Knee together. Maya was after all my bestest friend.
Me and Jee did Wannabe together also Bye Bye Bye and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun oh and Baby One More Time for Ayumi who hated Britney Spears haha we did it just to tease and annoy her and we did it twice cos we didn't know the first one worked so "oops we did it again" so yeah we had to do it twice but for the second time Jamie and Ayumi had a go singing it LOL. We did Bohemian Rhapsody as well as a group. As well as many other songs. We stayed there till past midnight.

Upset

Had a bad couple of days. I am just missing Jakarta heaps. I miss all my friends over there. I miss everything about that place so much *sigh*. So let's hope I will make it there soon eh.

Sure, I have many new friends here and I do love the people here and all that stuff but still I feel like I don't fit in sometimes and that is the hardest bit about it.

I just miss my besties and they are over there. But I will be alright I know that much. Things will get better from here.

I need to buy myself a laptop. It is so much fun typing on a laptop hehehe. My cousin has one and it's awesome. Also I have been watching movies where the characters in it have laptops it's so awesome ^^ so now I want one.

I will be going shopping tonight though I have no idea what to buy all I know is that I love shopping and window shopping. But retail therapy is indeed one of the best things to do ^^ well for me anyway.

I am still a tad upset someone annoyed me to bits last night. And what annoyed me the most is how other people reacted to this. They seemed to laugh at me. Though most apologised to me, I still feel like an outsider. Oh well it's all in the past and I have forgiven them and all that loving but still I am still a tad upset about it.

Wow what a long entry this turned out to be I am starting to get used to blogging again all I need now is a nice layout. Someday I will get there.

Snail Mail

Was so happy. It was such a sweet letter.
Made my day.
I miss her so much.

The Year That Was - 2005

A part of me was sad saying goodbye to 2005. Sure, it had its moments when I didn't like it but most of the time it was a pretty good year. Like any other year it has its ups and downs but for the most part, it's pretty good.

I made new friends in 2005. Friends I treasure and love spending time with. Friends I would like to keep for sure.

I attended a few weddings in 2005 (more than a few actually it was a total of five weddings). I love weddings and being dolled up. Photos are pleasant to see.

My favourite football team West Coast Eagles made the grand final in 2005. Yes sadly they got defeated by four lousy points yes the opposition was favoured by the officials but what can we do. I am proud of the Eagles for making the grand final. They were truly the best with or without the premiership. I am sure they will go one better this year.

I moved into a new house late 2005. At first it was hard saying goodbye to the old house. Saying goodbye to my purple room. But let me share with you this quote: The only thing that stays the same is change.That is true indeed. I am used to the new place now and in a way I like this house better for one, it is bigger and there's a swimming pool in the backyard.

There's other highlights as well as lowlights in 2005. I won't go into them. But I can assure you that 2005 is one of my favourite years ever. I learnt so much from the good days as well as the bad.

At Pete's Party

Yesterday Pete had a party at his place. He got the sofa and matress out the backyard and we all mucked around there also there's a dance room with cool lights and everything so people were like dancing to all sorts of music. Yeah was a lot of fun and catching up with everyone as well as meeting new people. Must love good friends.
